Our technical colleagues are tasked with learning development objectives based on the latest technologies that can be used to process tender notices. These include Natural language processing (NLP) and the latest data-storage technologies such as NoSQL.
One of the most exciting predictions for the future of our service is that it will evolve with the addition of artificial intelligence (AI) tools. AI is not only a powerful tool for analysing data, but also a creative force that can generate new ideas and solutions – creating a lot of possibilities for our teams and products.
We do have a business to run, so I will not give too much away just now, but we are exploring some new solutions that will change the way suppliers can access and bid for tenders.
